The brief was to deliver a professional, sector-led alternative to re-purposed residential portals — one that genuinely reflects how commercial agents, surveyors and land professionals work.
Website & User Experience
Maclaren Jones led the design and structure of the Go To Commercial website, focusing on clarity, usability and efficiency. The interface was intentionally clean and distraction-free, allowing property listings, data and location-based search results to take centre stage.
An interactive map feature was integrated to help users quickly identify opportunities based on location, property type and key criteria — reflecting real commercial search behaviour.
Launch & Outcome
Launching with strong uptake across Leeds and West Yorkshire, the platform went live with up to 2,000 listings for this geographical area — demonstrating both the strength of the concept and its potential to scale. Go To Commercial now stands as a focused, professional alternative to traditional property portals, supported by a clear brand, considered digital experience and a scalable marketing framework built for the commercial property market.
