YTL Hotels – Maclaren Jones was commissioned to create a high-end lifestyle magazine for YTL Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand. The publication showcased YTL’s exclusive destinations, including Pangkor Laut Spa Resort, Spa Village Gaya Island, The Surin Phuket, and The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui.
The magazine also featured YTL’s luxury city hotels, such as JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur, and Higashiyama Niseko Village—A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, alongside Australian landmarks like Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel, Brisbane Marriott Hotel, and Melbourne Marriott Hotel. The UK’s The Gainsborough Bath Spa and Monkey Island Estate were also highlighted as quintessential British escapes.

Coral Cove, Barbados – A luxury apartment development in a prime beachfront location. We managed the branding, marketing, website design, and international advertising, selling out all 14 apartments within two years.
Pinheiros Altos, Portugal – One of Southern Europe’s most prestigious golf and leisure resorts. We handled branding, marketing collateral, and event planning for the successful sale of 91 villa plots off-plan.
The Sanctuary, Gibraltar – Maclaren Jones was commissioned to create the name, brand identity, and marketing collateral for The Sanctuary, an exclusive development of five luxury villas in Gibraltar’s South District. Working alongside the interior design team, we developed a high-end marketing campaign to showcase the villas’ exclusive interiors, the superb infinity pools, rooftop gardens and expansive terraces providing seamless indoor-outdoor living. Designed as a haven of tranquillity and sophistication, The Sanctuary Villas offered an unrivalled blend of modern elegance and breathtaking views, making them one of Gibraltar’s most prestigious residential offerings.
The Vigia Group, Portugal – We worked with Portugal’s leading resort developer to create branding and sales strategies targeting North European second-home buyers.
H2O Countrywide, Spain – H20 is Countrywide’s international property division and our task was to create suitable collateral to support the sale of their Spanish property portfolio. This entailed the development of the name, brand identity, along with a national marketing strategy, ensuring consistent promotion across 1,500 estate agency branches in the UK.
