Key Projects
Lister Carter Homes – We partnered with Lister Carter, one of Cheshire’s most acclaimed developers, to create high-end coffee table brochures for each of their exclusive developments as well as a group website. The website had separate satellite pages for each development with scaled floorpans for each property type and full specification details. The developments included multi-million-pound riverfront homes in Chester, the redevelopment of a Grade II-listed Georgian building into 11 luxury apartments, and bespoke countryside estates designed to blend seamlessly into their surroundings. Our suite of marketing materials captured the elegance and prestige of these exceptional homes, ensuring property sales success with 90% being sold off plan.
Redrow Homes – We worked with Redrow to design and produce a national premium property magazine, elevating its brand and depicting the ‘village’ lifestyle concept of each development. The magazine was available in a digital format and featured on the Redrow website home page, and high-quality printed editions were distributed nationally to the sales centres for each development to drive customer engagement, regional brand awareness, and property sales. Printed editions were also distributed directly to customers who had shown interest in a Redrow property.
No.2 Hyde Park Square, London – A collection of 36 luxury apartments in the prestigious Mayfair location. We developed the full brand identity, marketing suite, and high-end sales materials to appeal to the ultra-high-net-worth target audience they were seeking to attract, both in the UK and internationally.
Qdos Estates – We developed a new luxury brand identity for Qdos Estates, aligning with their high-end property portfolio. This included a strategic marketing plan, a premium website, bespoke property brochures, and exclusive promotional products such as luxury soaps and branded claret bottles to reinforce their premium positioning.
Alderley Property Group – Maclaren Jones developed the brand identity and marketing collateral for Alderley Property Group, a luxury property developer in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. From hoardings and brochures to a bespoke website and branded welcome gifts, we created a high-end, cohesive brand that reflects the group’s commitment to contemporary design and craftsmanship. The properties feature elegant glass partitions, allowing natural light to flow seamlessly, defining spaces without restricting them. This project showcases modern luxury living at its finest.
The Residence, HQ Chester – The Residence is the residential arm of HQ Chester, featuring 34 luxury apartments. We were responsible for naming, branding, and marketing the apartments to high-net-worth buyers.
The Edge, Edgworth – A unique redevelopment of former school buildings into 15 homes. We created a fresh brand identity, digital campaigns, brochures, video content, and successfully drove property sales so that the development was sold out within two years.
