Project Overview

Maclaren Jones was appointed by Liberty Properties to develop the branding and marketing for No.2 Hyde Park Square, an exclusive collection of 36 luxury apartments in the heart of London. Situated in a prime location, the development offers breathtaking views across Hyde Park and The Serpentine, attracting high-net-worth individuals from around the globe. Our role was to create a sophisticated and aspirational brand that would resonate with this elite audience and position No.2 Hyde Park Square as a premier address in the city. From brand identity to marketing materials and immersive on-site experiences, every touchpoint was crafted to reflect the prestige and desirability of this unique development.

The luxury branding was reinforced with a case-bound brochure, presented in an elegant bespoke box, showcasing the property’s unique features. Every material was selected to exude quality, from premium print finishes to tactile details, ensuring a lasting impression on prospective buyers.

Brand Experience

To enhance the sales journey, we designed a state-of-the-art marketing suite, providing an immersive experience for potential buyers. This included interactive touchscreens for exploring apartment layouts, a scaled architectural model of the development, and curated sample boards showcasing high-end interior finishes. Buyers were invited to visualise their new home with custom interior design packages, complete with turnkey furniture solutions. By blending digital engagement with tactile, in-person elements, we created a seamless and compelling brand experience that brought No.2 Hyde Park Square to life.

To generate maximum exposure, we implemented a strategic advertising campaign across local, national, and international media, targeting high-net-worth individuals. A bespoke email marketing campaign was developed to engage potential buyers directly, featuring stunning visuals, key investment highlights, and exclusive previews. Pre-launch sales events further enhanced off-plan purchase opportunities, driving early interest.
