brighterkind is a stand-alone senior care brand that is part of the Four Seasons Health Care Group, the UK’s leading independent elderly care provider. They bring a new approach to care designed primarily, but not exclusively, for people who choose to pay privately to be looked after in a care home.

Shown below is a sample of work we have created for the brighterkind care home brand.

Project Overview

Maclaren Jones was initially appointed on a project-by-project basis but was delighted to become the lead creative agency for the brand within an 18-month period.

We continued to support the brand throughout lockdown, creating extra materials (both printed and digital) to keep families informed about their loved ones during that difficult time, as well as providing re-assurance on vaccinations, safety and hygiene measures for both the internal carer teams, residents and their families.

  • Quarterly campaigns including posters, banners, leaflets, invitations, and give-aways
  • Frequently Asked Questions brochure for future residents and their families
  • Welcome brochure outlining brighterkind’s senior care ethos
  • Quarterley newsletters – for individual care homes
  • National Direct marketing mailers aimed at increasing occupancy
  • Specialist DM and social media campaigns for respite care aimed at creating awareness of this service with families who were caring for their elderly parents
  • Specialist Dementia campaign creating collateral for internal training throughout the group
  • The magic moments club collateral for residents, families, and the care home co-ordinators of the activities programme, for a range of materials include the following:
  • A4 posters, external banners, invitations and leaflets
